Edgevale Residence Renovation
The longtime owner of this home thought about leaving the neighborhood, but decided to re-invest and do all the things to make it suitable for the next twenty years (at least!). A dining room was added to the rear and the kitchen was moved to the central portion of the home. A screened-in porch was re-envisioned with all the amenities of a living room. The upper level saw a major expansion of storage for the master suite - including an entire closet for shoes! The laundry was relocated from the basement to the second level as well. Walls were opened up to create lines of sight throughout the home.
